The fully stocked distribution centre located just outside of London means the majority of orders will be delivered within 1-3 Working days
Deliveries tend to be 9-5pm – however, we can arrange an AM delivery for a small additional fee
Our staff will aim to accommodate any special requirements you may have.
Please be aware that the goods could be heavy and or palletised and are likely to require offloading facilities when on site
We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £50 – however, if you require any other special delivery – please contact the office on 07471 965602 Standard Delivery is 2-3 Working Days as standard for orders placed before1pm – this covers mainland UK – we will contact you if delivery can’t be made within the specified time, or if you’re in an exclusion zone

The majority of goods are shipped from our central warehouse; a few products are shipped from other locations and in these cases, you may receive more than one delivery.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Please contact our customer service team if you would like a delivery update – the staff will be able to check current status straight away.
If your goods arrive damaged when delivered, then we apologise and will do everything we can to rectify the situation. IMPORTANT: When signing for the delivery, if there is any damage to the box at all please sign for as “damaged” or do not accept the delivery. All items damaged in transit must be notified to us within 48 hours by calling07471 965602. Failure to do this may result in the item not being replaced.
THE LEGAL STUFF
When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. This e-mail does not constitute acceptance amounting to a contract; acceptance takes place when the product is dispatched, until which time Jesu Sebastian Ltd are entitled to withdraw the offer.
Jesu Sebastian Ltd will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery and will not be liable for any loss or damage to goods once they have been delivered in accordance with your delivery instructions.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
The following is for guidance only and does not affect the Terms and Conditions.
We want you to be delighted with your order, so if you are unhappy with your goods you can return any item in its original condition, for any reason within 30 days of receipt of goods for a replacement or a refund. Transit damages and shortages must be notified within 48 hours.
Please note that if you are returning an item which is not faulty or damaged, only not suitable, then you are liable for the delivery charge to return the item to us and a 30% re stocking fee. We can arrange a collection (please call customer services on 07471965602 to establish the cost for return of your order) or you can send the order back via the courier.
All items must be returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued.
Refunds will be issued within 7 days of us receiving the goods back from you.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
HOW TO RETURN
If we have made an error with your delivery or you wish to return an item for any reason, please call our customer services department on 07471 965602 or contact us using our online form and we will organise for your parcel to be collected and a replacement or refund processed.
